Central New York is now in Phase Four of reopening. Onondaga County residents have done an incredible job helping to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Our individual actions have flattened the curve in Central New York, but the virus is still with us, and now is not the time to be complacent. With more businesses, workplaces, and public spaces reopening, we need to remain diligent by continuing to wash our hands, covering coughs and sneezes, staying home when sick, maintaining a safe distance, and wearing a face covering in public. This responsibility doesn’t fall on a few–it is the job of everyone in order to recover from this as a community.

If you have specific questions about reopening, email reopen@ongov.net or call 315.435.2210. If you are concerned about a business following guidelines, you may report a complaint here.
